Getting more subscribers into your list

Today I shall be revealing two techniques which you can immediately apply to your website in order to get more subscribers into your list.

I hope you enjoy them.

You might want to print this information out or put it in a safe place so that you can refer to it later as well.

1) Compelling name for your ezine

For any subscriber to really get attracted to your ezine list, you will need to get their attention when they first visit your website. But to do that would be require some clever ideas from your part.

As this will require you to come up with a catchy name for your ezine so that the subscribers can easily recall your ezine without much effort to search through their past activities to see if they really do subscribed to your ezine.

For example, a catchy name which is also descriptive for a website related to building great marriages might be "Marriage Builders". At once, your subscribers will be able to understand what your ezine is all about just basing on the name alone.

So this helps your potential subscribers to understand whether the content will be relevant to their needs. In this way, your subscribers would not hesitate and sign up immediately for your ezine. Thus, you will need to come up with a catchy yet descriptive name for your ezine.

2) Show your ezine back-issues

Now you would really want to get in touch with your subscribers, so it is recommended that you show a few past issues of your ezine to your potential subscribers.

This is to show them what kind of content is really inside the ezine and they are also able to gauge whether your writing style suits them.

With a real feel of what they can expect, this will really bring up the quality of your subscribers if they are really interested in what you are providing and recognize that it is of value to them. They will definitely stay on your list for much longer.

That's all for now.

Are You Making This Affiliate Marketing Mistake?

by Keir Smith
Get your FREE opt in list building tips

If you are currently promoting affiliate programs as a way to create an income then this post is for you.

Do you know what most affiliate programs owners hope that you will never find out?

It's this.

If you are just starting out online and your thinking of promoting a OTO (one time offer type affiliate program) then that is the worst move you could do.

Why is that you ask?

It's because the affiliate program that makes an offer for only one sale will eventually loose steam and the market will die out. And so to will your cash. Not to mention the fact that after you find a customer who makes a purchase, you have to do that process all over again.

Meanwhile your cashflow is cut off when you can't find a new customer to buy your product.

Now don't get me wrong, these type's of programs can work. Just not when you are a beginner online.

The solution however lies in monthly re-occuring billing affiliate programs. These types of programs deliver a secure cash flow stream every month. That allows for you to continue to earn money while learning the ropes about how to promote affiliate programs.

Now once you've built up enough monthly re-occuring income you can then add the OTO type of programs.

Article Internet Marketing Strategy: A 3 Step Formula For Generating Traffic To Your Site Using Nothing But The Articles You Wrote

by Keir Smith
http://optinlistbuilder.wordpress.com

After a lot of arm twisting and begging I finally got my good buddy Rob to give me his strategy for using articles to generate free traffic to his site. You probably haven't heard of him nor have you seen him on any guru's list. But he is a master at getting free traffic to his sites. So getting him to give me just one of his strategies wasn't easy.

He also told me that he might be willing to share another strategy with me in the future. I truly hope that he does...so stay tuned.

In the mean time..here's a look at his 3 step strategy.

Step 1: Keyword research

This is the step newcomers to Internet marketing often miss out. Before you write a single word, you need to find out what words people are typing into search engines.

One place you can start your keyword research without paying a cent is http://inventory.overture.com and http://www.pixelfast.com/overture/

You can type in various phrases and find out how many searches were done last month at Overture. And find out the top bid price also.

You'll probably find related phrases you hadn't thought of.

For example, for "dvd" it tells us there were 2769664 searches at Overture's network of sites last month. This is a VERY popular topic. You can also see a lot of DVD related phrases.

Step 3: Research the competition

Go to google, type the phrase you've selected, and have a quick look at the top 10 sites listed.

Find the top 10 sites and study them whether they optimized their website well.

Then you can decide how you can compete with them and out ranking them.

Step 4: Write your article.

With your pre-searched key phrase, it's time to write an article. Also use several synonyms. Search engines like that.

A quick trip down memory lane

Remember when you used to be able to get quality information for free online? Remember how the ecourses you received were packed with useful information that you could use shortly after reading them?

My oh my where have those days gone?

I liked those days so much that I've decided to relive them.

How you ask?

By giving you solid information for free and here or there for a fee. Don't worry about the mentioning of the word fee because the price's will be small I promise. I'm not in the habbit of recommending high priced items unless they really over deliver. And right now I have a few in mind but I'll talk about those at some other time.

Any how...I would suggest that you stay tuned here because I will be giving you some solid usable information.

I bet you thought that I was going to sell you something here...didn't you?

Sorry..I just have information for you.

If you want to buy something then there are plenty of places to do so online. A quick google search should point you in the right direction...:-)

That's all for now.

website traffic generator: How to get a massive amount of traffic sent to your website part 1

Here's tip 1 for generating a massive amount of traffic in a short time.

Create a free ebook that you will give away to your web site visitors. You ask a large number of e-zine owners to give away the ebook in exchange for their ad in the ebook. You can just ask them to link directly to your web site when they promote the ebook. You, of course, will have one of your own ads on that web page.

Let's say you get 8 out of 20 e-zine owners that agree to giveaway the ebook. The 8 e-zines total subscriber base is 75,000.

Now, you can ask more e-zine owners if they would like to promote the ebook in exchange for an ad inside the ebook. This time you can say, you already have 8 e-zines already promoting the ebook with a subscriber base of 75,000.

That's all for now.

Website Traffic: How To Generate Traffic Using Reader Reviews

by Keir Smith
http://optinlistbuilder.wordpress.com

Did you know that you can generate traffic by posting to your site by writing your own reviews on products.?

It especially works like a charm if you have a bit of knowledge on the products in your niche...

Head over to Epinions.com and search for a product in your niche. When you find a product that's in your within your topic, click on "Write reviews".

Then, go through the review process and try to give a semi-detailed review. Again, it helps to know what you're talking about when you're writing a review. If you don't, it'll be pretty obvious to the readers.

After you submit your review, you'll need to create an account. It's quick and easy and only requires some basic information. Once you verify your email, you can go into your member profile and add up to 4 URLs of your favorite sites.
